To expedite the processing of your application, please bring the following with your completed application to the Management office:
- Completed application
- Drivers license or other government issued identification (we’ll need to make a copy of it to include in your file as proof of identification)
- Social Security Card (we’ll need to make a copy of it to include in your file as proof of identification)
- 4 consecutive pay stubs
Please note on application a list of all documentation (copies only) needed to be attached to application to determine eligibility.
