Make a Payment On-line

Capitol Area Developments, Inc. offers the option to pay rent online. By using the Make A Payment link below you will be able to pay directly from your bank account with eCheck(ACH) and using a VISA, MasterCard or Discover credit card. There is a service fee of $2.95 per ACH transaction or a fee of 3.00% of the payment amount when using VISA, MasterCard or Discover.

For first time users, from the Make A Payment link you will need to click on Create Your Account to establish your online account for rent payment purposes. The Account Number requested, as part of the account set up will be a unique account number provided by your Property Manager. Please note; it is not the same as your tenant account number. Once you set up the new account, you will use your e-mail address and password that will be established when you create your account to login into your online rent payment account. Please note that CAD will continue to accept payments via check or money order at the office. All forms of payment, including payments made online, incur a $25 fee for non-sufficient funds.

Smoke Free Policy

Effective May 1, 2018, all residents, guests, employees, contractors and visitors will be prohibited from smoking inside all housing units, common areas and buildings. Those who choose to smoke must only smoke outside and they must be 25 feet away from any building, entrance, window, or air return. Smoking is defined as the carrying or smoking of a lit product or the burning of any substance or material to be inhaled including, but not limited to: cigarettes, cigars, hookahs/water pipes, electronic cigarettes, or pipes.
