Smoke Free Policy

Effective May 1, 2018, all residents, guests, employees, contractors and visitors will be prohibited from smoking inside all housing units, common areas and buildings. Those who choose to smoke must only smoke outside and they must be 25 feet away from any building, entrance, window, or air return. Smoking is defined as the carrying or smoking of a lit product or the burning of any substance or material to be inhaled including, but not limited to: cigarettes, cigars, hookahs/water pipes, electronic cigarettes, or pipes.
